Employment practices liability insurance is also known as EPL insurance or EPLI. This insurance coverage protects employers if a current, previous or prospective employee alleges discrimination based on sex, age, race, or disability. This also covers instances when harassment and other employment-related issues, such as failure to promote are alleged.
